Its a curiosity question,,, i usually get the chills while hunting in the northeast in january its mostly single digits then ad the windchill,, my normal dress code is a light base layer under a heavy base layer, fleece lined jeans under a heavy fleece cabelas pant or a johnson wool heavy trouser, so 4 layers at the waste down.

Im usually not a brand name person,  but i need a bib bottom where i can put it on over my regular fleece or flannel lined jeans then head into the stand and not listen to my teeth play morse code with my longjohns all afternoon.

Im looking for a bib and parka set that i can put on over street or work clothes,, needs to be stickbow close & quiet, wind repellent im close to
The ocean sometimes one spot i can put an arrow into cape cod bay...

I was just looking at kuiu, i see good reviews but id rather hear from people that hunt very close...

I bought two jackets from Kuiu sent them both back they were supposed to be the quietest thing for hunting maybe for gun hunting at 100 yards but not bow hunting and the stuff ran really small . Sitka is way better but just about anything you get with a wind liner is going to be noisy . Try code of Silence I havnet seen any but heard good about it .

Thanks for post,,, my buddy told me same thing he has been hearing the kuiu stuff is loud especially for really close hunting.

I will check out the code of silence.

Asio gear is specifically designed for bowhunting whitetails, very warm, durable, and quiet.

I bought King of the Mountain Bibs back in 1997 and still use them when its really cold out. I still can't believe my KOM will be 30 years old and I'm still using it today.

I have had a bunch of bibs. On the advice of Beemann, I bought Sitka Fanatic bibs and jacket.
Yes it's expensive, but it's worth every penny. Both Beemann and I live in North Dakota and it gets pretty darn cold here -not to mention the wind on the prairie.

After using it for a couple years, I would buy it again. It's quiet enough for me. Great design of pockets.
I really like the zipper design on the jacket.
