Stealth strips

Has anyone used stealth strips for shelf and side plate material? I'm currently using velcro but it seems to wear rather quickly.

I've never used them in that application but I guarantee once put on, it's not falling off. Should stiffen up the arrow compared to velcro, stealth strips are pretty thin. May not be as quiet either.

I've used Stealth Tape on my side plate and although it does wear where the arrow passes it still seems to do a good job of keeping things quiet.  I mostly want it to be quiet on the draw at close range.
