I have a BW 45@28( I draw 27 1/2") that I am in the process of bare shafting.
I would like to use my previous tip weight which is 250 gr if at all possible .

It was suggested to me that I use 2216 or 2117. The 2216 seemed to be way too stiff. The  2117 was better but still showing nock right 2- 21/2" at 15 and 20 yards using the 250 gr tip,  not to mention nock high. Although the 2117 was better, they are very HEAVY! I am aiming for a 525-550 gr shaft.

Any suggestions on arrows would be greatly appreciated.

Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.

I like Archie's 2215.  I shoot 29" 2115/2018 with 200gr up front with a 45# SAV.  I can send you multiple size shafts.

Thank you Dennis for that wonderful offer. I believe I found a good combination.
