You might check with Centaur, I know he stipples his bows but am not sure if he does others?

X2 on Centaur, call Jim he will do it on any bow.

Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

X3 on Jim Neaves at Centaur. His work is impeccable. He'll do any bow or riser, or pistol grips, rifle stocks, knife handles  ... and he's an absolute pleasure to work with.

Honestly it’s not too challenging with a basic rotary tool and carbide bit. I’ve done a few with exceptional results.
