Can you guys list and link your favorite YouTube channels for glass bow building? Some of you have your own channels, but I don't think there is a pinned list of these resources for newbies like myself to reference. Individual videos are welcome as well.

Best video for building a takedown recurve is Stalker Stickbows. There's a lot of European bowyers that post up bow builds on you tube but they're difficult to find.

I've been taking more video on my phone lately and haven't figured out how to upload video from Google photos to you tube yet.... My you tube channel has too much personal adventures on it and needs to be edited to just bow building.

Watching now.  Its blowing my mind that you did your sight window on the end of your edge sander and a pneumatic disk sander.  I'm gonna have to get one of those.  I spend a lot of time with a ferriers rasp, half round file and palm sander.  that thing seems like a cheat code.

Kirk, I came up with this little fixture to hold my palm sander that let's me put two hands on the bow and press it into the pad. It's been great for working out scratches and finish sanding.

Keep something in mind brother.... Power tools are time savers for sure, but until you get those die grinders down and a feel for it, a 36 grit pad can do a lot of damage real quick too. One wrong move cuts deep... Same with the edge sander with 36 grit... btw... very hard on knuckles too.

With some of those large palm sanders i could see this being easier to control even pressure mounting the sander like that.... i prefer a smaller palm sander with better balance in my hand. i use it for tip overlays a lot too.

I spent a bloody fortune on my Mirka low profile palm sander because of its balance and variable speed controls.... But after a few years they discontinued making the AC/DC converter type and increased the size of it. When i sent it in for repairs they sent me a new one that didn't have that low profile balance like the air sanders have. I was bummed out about that one, but i got used to the feel of it after a bit...  The air sanders are very well balanced, but require a high air volume compressor to run.   here are mine...
