That's one fine hog Sam! Congrats! Maybe they taste different in Texas, but any boar that size that I've ever tried to cook smelled like someone took a whiz in the skillet whenever it was being cooked

Thanks everyone , got him on the first morning of a 3 day hunt and glad I did it was the only shot I had on the trip. Might get one more day of hog hunting in before I leave for Colorado..
