Golden Hawk,russ grimes here I have a zipper that is like this one and im just as happy with my .I have had it 7 years and love to shoot iy ,when im hot shootin my ELK HORN that Bob Thomason made in 04..just awesome to hunt and shot...zipperman

Man that looks awesome. I didn't get to see after the finish was sprayed. I sure am glad the grip was the way you wanted it. I told Bill that if you didn't like it, it was all his fault. But since you like it i will take full credit! :D Now ya need to get some blood on it.

If the bow is still waiting for a new home, I bet it would raise more with a raffle. It should be easy to sell a couple hundred $10 tickets for Kayla and LeRoy.

I talked to Chester Carlson tonight.

I copied pictures of the Zipper bow from the post on Tradgang and e-mailed them to him. He and Kayla will try to remember what they did with the bow. The did mail a bow (unsure of which one), but Chester couldn't remember to whom. He said he will check his e-mails tomorrow and get back to me.

They had a family get together in LeRoy's memory and Chester said it was a lot of fun.

I informed him that the RER Bow will be auctioned in August.

I'll post after Chester e-mails me or calls me.
