Thought I would share these pics, This is my first Rabbit with my new to me longbow.

Many thanks to Tom Bohl who made this hunt possible. We hunted along the Shenandoah River in the mountains. Wish I would have taken more pics of our hunting area.

I used a 60 inch Morrison Cougar that is 58 pounds at 28 and an Arrow Dynamics Traditional( that I got from Guru) with Brass insert and Judo point.  Thanks for leaving some mojo in them arras Curt.     :D

For hunting to have a future, we must invest ourselves in future hunters.

Nice bunnies and longbows. Thanks for sharing. That Shenandoah Mountain Area is some beautiful country. I haven't been there in years. I have to get back there for sure.

That is fantastic.  I had been trying for a couple years to get a cottontail w/ the bow.  That dude is a chunk too!   :clapper:

Glad you made it home safe, Ron. Congrats again on a fine shot-the grin says it all. Next year will be better.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Way to go Ron. I would like to have made that hunt but I had eye surgery Friday, come to think of it, it may have helped my shooting.  ;)
