This is a really strange antler formation for my area.  But I'd take him if given the chance!

Tree Killer

Thanks JimB!

Somebody else had come by and left this big orange ribbon on the ground and this calf elk was fascinated with it...

An elk messed around in front of my camera and kicked up the brush. I actually have a pic of this big buck from two years ago...

This is the same buck 2 years ago. He put out more points that year...

While I got all you trail camera pros on here, is there any agreement on which camera to buy or not to buy?
I'd be glad to help you out, but all I use are homebrews. BUT....I've had alot of bad reports on the new Moultries. I think if I was buying, I'd stay away from them.

There's been some great photos posted here in the last few days. I hope you folks get a crack at some of those critters.  :)

I was really looking forward to checking my cams this week, but somehow one ended up in some kind of sleep mode or something. The other was just does and fawns mostly...

But I did get this guy.....

Opinion's will definitely very about different camera's so I will just say we are running eight 99$ Moultries(D-40's) and they are doing a great job. Half of them we got on sale for 69$.The battery's have lasted for sixty+ days and thats a bonus.

I would love to have some cuddie's but for now we are trying to cover as much territory as possible because we have many spot's to hunt and also if someone was to find one of are camera's we wouldn't be out a ton of money. I have heard from several friends that the I-60s are pretty touchy with there infra red but I have not used them.

They all have there good and bad point's Steve so good luck and I hope to see some of your picks when you get one. Good luck   :goldtooth:

I just retrievd my new camera, I have the same doe and two fawns on consecutive mornings at the same exact time, 8:30am  four of the 6 days the camera was out. i am moving it tomorrow. I think the Moultries for the money are very good. i got a Stealth and it seams OK but does not trigger as quick as I would like. Shawn

Got a pic of this little bull on one of my cams when he was still in velvet...

Then 4 days later I got him two miles away on another cam missing half his velvet...

Had a lot of forked horn bulls running around this summer. I would have loved to have arrowed this forky!
