Mr. Tracy could sure use a prayer for a fast recovery..

He's going under the knife tomorrow morning. Open heart surgery to repair a valve thats been giving him fits..

I've seen him scale those elk mountains with a bad heart valve, those elk won't stand a chance when he's 100%!

God bless you and your family my friend! And I am proud and honored to call you that!

You'll notice the "luckiest" elk hunters have worn out boots.

I also want to add I didn't learn of this bad heart valve until the other day! He's one tough fella!

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Buddy here had a mechanical valve put in...asked me to take him to our big sports show at the huge 8 building arena.

When we got home he confessed that he was told to walk 5 min at a time... I about feinted! He countered that "in those crowds, you only take 2 steps and stop, so it wasn't walking!"

Guess you have to be "tough" to get that surgery done so prayers for Tracy to do well...

Oh, the elk might have a chance...that quiet tick-hiss might give them an edge on a quiet still morning!  :)

I checked and checked the link for the hospital he gave and couldn't find a thing about the surgery. Finally this morning Fatman said he talked with Marla on facebook last night and all was going well. He didn't want many people to know about his problem for a while. He is a super person and I'll never forget him helping me on a hunt when I got sick. He is a true friend. My prayers go out to him also. Bretto,Fatman and I are going to see him at the hospital as soon as he is ready for company.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

Wells guys, The surgery went well and they eneded up replacing the valve with a machanical type so other then being on blood thinners the rest of my life everything should be just fine.
