apply some petroleum in air hose.

enlarge pin hole by file.avoid the pin hole crunch.

hold the all lamination at right place by pin hole, just because of greasy epoxy.

cut it to the right length.

Never cut through.start again at another side,that avoid the edge of fiber glass cleavage .

0.045" yew lamination in this TD recurve.

0.050" Bo tuff E glass clear .

Cut the glass surface, make sure that glass surface will not cleavage.

Bent test, make sure match tightly.

Mount a heat resistant paper tape(ordinary paper tape)on glass face,make sure the clear glass clean.
