Can anyone identify this bow

I picked this up tonight. 68" overall length. Not sure of the wood. Only markings are a small 3 F on the back of top limb.

Top and bottom nock ends. Painted red and bottom one has a hole drilled trough for the string.


Handle area. Wrapped with red thread.
