McK,you have one fine bow!!!I thought my shoulder was done i didn't shoot for about a year.It feels alot better.I'm going with a 56"or 58" with my 26" draw.around 45 to 50#s.Not sure on wood combo yet!

Missed shooting woodbows lately. Stayed in contact with a woodbowyer from Ontario. Happens to have made just what I was after: black locust selfbow, #50@28". Perfect. Mike sez it has some character. Worked out a dandy deal with him and will meet up with him in a few weeks.

I have spoken with Mr. Laclair acouple of times over the past week or so, and my SS Gold should be ready some time this coming week....I cannot wait, it's has been a year and with the exception of waiting for children to arrive, I can't think of any other waiting that has had me so jumpy.....my wife thinks I'm nuts.

Flat grain Zebrawood Riser and Back limb veneers.
Belly is brown glass.
Cores are Bamboo with a little extra kick (carbon) thrown in. Brown glass accents.
 

Something a little new for Brackenbury, Bill has started to add some carbon in the limbs.

My wait time will be under a week.    :D
