I just read on PA that Dean Torges passed away on Nov. 4. If this is the case it is another sad day for traditional and wood bow archery, and the bow hunting world.
Make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes!

That is what I heard yesterday.  I know he had been fighting cancer the past year.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

I was just rereading a copy of his book Hunting The Osage Bow last night.  I always liked his writings.  Prayers go out to his family.
