Thanks for the kind words everyone! Its a great DIY trip that most can do. Im glad i decided to do a August trip when days are long and weather a bit warmer.

Maybe you could show some practical tips on preparation, is this the only place to hunt the Sitka deer in Alaska.

Like airplane cost.
Food, etc.

Southeast Alaska and Prince William sound also have Sitka deer.
