Here is Mark giving encouragement to my oldest son Nick.

Having never met Mark before, we happened to be next to each other watching Nick flintknap heads at one of the Kalamazoo shows a few years ago, and after seeing some of the heads my son made, Mark said "I'll bet his dad sure is proud of that boy.".  All I could say was "I sure am".  That is how Mark and I met in person.  

Mark was always a pleasure to talk to...online or in person.
