Thanks fellas.

Nate, yes Theo is mate of mine as well but I have not seen him for quite a lot of years now.  He sent me an email with photos of that very bear I think. We had some great times when he was down here hunting with us.

ChrisM, That is great old footage and I have some of it on a video somewhere - a real adventure!!!

There is quite a bit of fine Aussie hunting talent in some of those photo's .

As one can tell , by and large we Aussies have an absolute addiction to top end , expensive designer camo ...
And beards ...........

Mr. Challacombe,

Thank you for posting the trophy photos from "down under".  Classic bowhunting photos.  Loooks like the longbowman of Australia are making a prescence here on the HH bug thread.  Those catalina feral goats are an animal I am going to have to hunt some day.  Really cool looking critters.

Very cool Jeff. A couple of those pics showed black lams on the bamboo? Or were they wrapped with something?

StanM

Oops, guess that first pic was a little too big   :knothead:

Sorry about that, Rob.

Here it is again.

Ron-

I really like the new bow, what's the story behind the "commemorative bow", who built it, materials, etc? Also, Let me know when you want to sell it. :^)
