Yeah Fred, it is a beautiful piece of figured bocote. I'm really looking forward to seeing the spalted maple limb veneers against the riser. I'll post a pic as soon as Chad sends it to me.

I'm also looking forward to seeing the Chechen once the moisture level drops. It should be a beauty too. Have you seen the zebra wood yet?

Thanks guys! Chad is a craftsman of the highest order and a gentleman to boot! Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out and the advice Chad gave along the way. Those of you on the build list please consider posting pics for the rest of us to see...it's fun for us and great advertising for Chad.
