just acquired a Bear minuteman recurve

what I would like to know

is there a specific limb that goes on the bottom of the riser

can you shoot this bow of the rise.... at the present there is a stick on flipper rest

the bow is 66" and 35 pound draw weight

would a Easton x7 1914 be ok for it

and last where can I have a string made for this bow

thanks

SCATTERSHOT

I had one, nice little bow. As far as the limbs go, I just assembled mine so that the lettering was right side up when holding the bow in shooting position. They can be shot off of the shelf, if the shelf is flat. Mine was, and I think they're all that way.

Any string maker on here can make a string for you, check the sponsors list.

Can't help with the arrows, sorry.

Good luck!

GREAT THANKS

will shoot it of the shelf

The Whittler

If the bow is 35lb at 28" and is your draw length the 1914 will be too stiff. I bet 1816 with a 100gr or 125gr point would work a lot better and maybe a 1716. Good luck.
