Is it a good bow?

My main shooter currently is a PSE Legacy Marksman... 55@28...It's not the highest dollar bow nor the best looking, but for me, it's currently doing what I ask of it! It will likely keep me going until I can afford a custom bow and then it will be passed on to someone else!

I shot one at a shop not long ago and I was not s fan...wasn't smooth and shocked my hand all the way up my arm upon release. I'm sure proper tuning and arrows would help but I'd recommend spending a little more on a used bow or Montana
I'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

They are not a bad bow they are by no means a high end one. The Montana by Bear is a great bow for a little more. All the PSE Traditional bows are not made by PSE ta lot of them were made by Greatree Archery they are made overseas but the owner distribute sales and lives here in Connecticut. They are great bow for the money and they do need a little attention to get them feel nice.

Great bang for the buck if you try and find a place that sells the Greatree line you will save some money. You won't be paying for the PSE name
