browning folding hunter

A friend of mine has a browning folding hunter rh 40 lb 60 in  the bow has the browning case with it. There is no string and he said the bow has never been shot. And it looks brand new condition. Question is what would be a fair price and is this bow collectable thanks in advance for any info
