Customer Service

At work today and had a minute and wanted to bring up customer service.  There are so many good bowers and we all rave about their products, but often times we forget to thank them for their service.  I want to personally thank Bill and Tracy Dunn for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond. And a big thanks to all bowers that do the same thing for their customers.

  P.S.  Can't wait to see the new bow that Bill is building me. I will post pictures of it for sure.

Bill and Tracy are great to deal with and always there with a quick answer to a question or a solution to a problem.......good folks for sure. One of the reasons I have 2 of their ILF risers.
