A few days ago I put out a trail camera near a mock scrape. Last night a couple of bucks visited the area and did some sparring. The time on the photos is 12 hours off, though. The rut is pretty close. Hopefully, one of these bucks will visit during daylight hours when I'm in my stand.

Those are a couple of good deer!  I had a couple of 2-year-olds going at it in front of me the other evening, but when the big boy came out, he just walked by.

saw about 30 scrapes today...getting close

Nice bucks . Good luck. How the heck can they spar or fight in the dark amassing.
