Will a 5in feather stabilize a arrow more if its slightly stiff or slightly week?

more feather makes the arrow act a touch stiffer.

Bigger feathers can help stabilize an arrow after a bad release a little faster than small feathers.

My advice is to change point weight or shaft length and tune your arrow.
