Howdy, I am writing an article for the upcoming PBS magazine with information on planning a bowhunt (hogs, maybe turkeys) or fishing trip before or after our banquet in St. Augustine the first weekend in March 2016.  I usually hunt public land hogs but am looking for recommendations of outfitters to check into.  I did a search here and came up with names like True South Adventures, Wild Things, Nicki Roths Archery, etc and will contact them.  Any other suggestions for outfitters, or for some public land in south GA or in FL to recommend?  How about freshwater or saltwater fishing opportunities?

Thanks
Jeff

I'll second True South for the hog hunting.  Jim can even get you into some South Florida fishing as well.

My first call for a Florida trip would be Irv at TSA. For Georgia I would start with Jerry Russell.

Wild Things is all the way up in SC. While it's not too far off the beaten path for Yankees driving South normally, this year it's already fully booked with hunters at that time.
