Check out tollgate archery... they handle Romans bows.   He makes a great bow!!!!! I think you'll be happy with any of his bows.
Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

Steve Jr

Thanks Jason I will give that a try.

I tried tollgate but didn't find to much info there. I shot a bobcat at kzoo a few years ago and it was pretty nice. I believe it was the first one that he built. I would really like to shoot another one. Roman was a nice guy to talk with and builds some nice looking bows from what I have seen. I just can't find pricing and options.

My experience was last year with a Wildcat. About 15 month wait and around $900. It could be a little more or less on both. Depends on what you ask for and also Roman does work at other things full time. He has a woodworking shop that takes up most of his time. Very good man, but likes to take his time when making a bow.

Steve Jr

Wow Jim very nice thanks for the thread connection. I was chatting with Kenny ( 4runr) he told me the wait time is 8/10 months at this time. I need to call Roman and get on the list. My only problem would is that I bought a Stalker Coyote with lb limbs last year that I just can't put down. If the bobcat shoots near as good I wouldn't know which one to shoot. Just one of the problems with awesome bows.   :knothead:

I would only get one with the long bow limbs they are what I prefer these days. It was a busy day today but I will try to give him a call tomorrow.

Not to hijack, but does anyone know if Roman makes a 58" static bobcat?, or does anyone shoot a 56" static with a 30" draw. Really interested in one of these short recurves.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time given to us.

Drew I talked with Roman a few days ago. He mentioned to me that he is now offering the bobcat in a  58" longbow. I know he offers it with static limbs but I'm not sure of the lengths. The wait time was only a few months also. Best bet would be to give him a call. He is a really nice guy to talk to.
