I'm in the market for a new stand. I need a heavy duty one. So far I'm looking at the Summit Golith SS climer, the Lone Wolf Alpha Hang On, and the Big Crow Hang on. Anyone ever used one of these? I'm looking for a 350 lb model. Thanks for the help!

I don't know much about any of the stands that you listed. I bet they are all real good stands. I use and have used for years one of the very best big man stands on the market today. The Chippewa Wedge-Loc tree stand "Brute". It has a 475 pound weight limit. You owe it to your self to check them out.

I would also recommend a Screaming Eagle treestand. Like the Chippewa it has a hanging bracket that makes hanging it extremely easy. They also show a picture of a VW bug hanging from the stand so it should hold us big guys.

I don't onw a Lone Wolf, but I have sat in one and it was fine. I have not used the other two.

As a big guy I do not trust myslef with a climber.

I love my Goliath SS I am 6'4 was 245 and it climbs well, sits well and packs well, used it around 40 or so times no problems and it is mobile.

Summit goliath for me.  That's the only one I've used of the ones you listed, and I don't have any reason to try a different one.  Very comfortable, user-friendly, and they stand behind their products 100%.  I'm 6'3", a little over 300# (I was about 360# last year when I hunted from my Goliath).  Even when I get down to around 250# (my goal), I don't plan to use a different stand.

I am going to get the summit eventually. I found a hang on, KT 29, with a 500lb cap that I'm going with for now. My current climber faces the tree and is hard to shoot out of. The KT is distributed through Kay in Houston Texas. It has a large platform and is self leveling with an off set bracket like the Lone Wolf. It does weigh more, but as I'm not planning to move it this season that should not be a problem.
