As an update, I'm 8 weeks out from surgery. Going to PT twice a week and I got the green light to start trying to shoot my bow but only a few shots at a time. No issue at all drawing my 63# bow however apon release the bow shock is a bit unpleasant. I never thought I'd make progress this fast.
