Well I finally got to spend some time with the bow. First off, this bow is slim, really slim and I like that. The grip is slim, the limbs are narrow...it's just a really slender bow. It fits me well and is easy for me to shoot accurately. I put a Thunderhorn limb bolt quiver and Ten Ring string on it. Both are superb, I just wish the hood of the quiver was setup a little higher....maybe I can talk Duane into a custom bracket for it

Overall, I am very happy with the bow. It is so unique and I love the looks of it. This is my first r/d limbed bow and I am impressed with the speed, and with how quiet the limbs are. I debated static recurve or r/d limbs....I'm glad I went with the r/d limb. If any of y'all get a chance to own or shoot a Timberghost, go for it.

Hey Ad. Yes, you are correct on the quiver. The quiver with arrows adds some weight to the bow, which I like....it also makes the bow want to cant to one side, which I also like. I opted for a phenolic riser for mass, but the riser is slim and slender, and not as heavy as I thought it would be. With the quiver and arrows, it is perfect.

Thanks! Any reason why you mounted the arrow gripper and the hood in a different way?

I like my arrows to be at an angle so they are not sticking out past the limbs. The way it's mounted now has the arrows at a fairly extreme angle, but I'm liking it so far. I may swap the bracket around on the hood to match the gripper, but more than likely it will stay the way it is.
