Here are the antlers found so far on the lease, have found 5 others also other places but won't picture them here. The back one is 5.75" around the base for a size reference because I didn't think to get something in the pic to show actual size....

The big 4 point side found on the North place and the smallest one.

Other 2 on the South farm.

The North place will be in beans for the next 2 years after the corn last year.

The 8 acre field(which is a farmer planted food plot       :D      )on the South farm will be beans again this year, but farmer wasn't sure what next year (2016) would have on it.  Maybe corn...

Will update if I can find any more antlers.....

Looks to be a great year. Not only on the lease, my neighbor saw 41 deer leaving my 2.5 acres of soybeans planted for their winter enjoyment!! I'm sure some of the deer from the lease made it there too, its less than a mile, and when the livin's easy they go to it!
Stay sharp, Kenny.

You really haven't hunted the old fashion way until you've done it from one of these Indian houses.(The Tipi) "Glenn ST. Charles"

I better get in gear. Huntin season will get here before you know it.  I am going to try and make a new bow to take one of those bucks with this year.
Those are some nice sheds!!

Can't wait guys!!     :bigsmyl:

Another note, there will be corn just West of the South farm across the line. Also South of the gravel road South of South farm, 1/4 mile from the place.

Not sure what will be next to the North farm but it was all beans last year, so possibility of corn there too. Will know more as planting nears....
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Nice finds Kenny, you are 3 up on me. I have found 2 nice ones, but still have not found the big guys. My son and I spent the weekend walking. His meter said 22 miles, all up and down our hills. But still had a bunch of snow. the deer are there, just no sheds. I was able to put a new bow in hand today at Big River. This is from the wood I got from you. Just needs spraying. I will have Charlie post pictures when done.
Thank you Kenny

Found another antler 250 yards east of the 6 point side in the above pic. The way the main looks, may be the year before same deer. Unfortunately the points were all broken off at or near the main. Think it was a casualty of a piece of farm equipment! LOL
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Good deal Mike!! Was gonna text you and ask how you were doing!!

Tim, we should have some good ones again this year. Last group here first of year saw 4 bucks, I believe in one group.

I'm believe that!  Lots of nice ones walking around your place taunting hapless bowhunters ha ha.

Big bucks sure are hard to kill, but you got to have them to kill one.  You got 'em brother!   :jumper:

A lot of stuff has to go right to take a deer with trad tackle, but only one wrong thing can keep you from it.

A good dose of luck never hurts either!!   :)
