Broadheads

I hate to bet a dead horse, But I need broadheads And I don't have a clue what to get. I know Magnus is a great broadhead and I am kinda leaning towards them and the Muzzy. Any help would be great.Shooting a 60lb Longbow with carbon arrows. Thanks any help would be greatfull.

Magnus or the Magnus Stinger are both excellent broadheads.

I like my G5's, but it seems the Wensel Woodsmans are pretty popular and there's tons of info about 'em around here.
I shoot GT 35-55 with 100 gr brass and 125 G5 -from my 50# @ 28" curve. Though I only draw 26.

Most of the brand name heads will work fine. Get them as sharp as you can, make sure they are on straight, shoot them a few times to be sure (before ya sharpen em) and go for it.

Anything "Cut on Contact" that flys well, and is real Sharp.....

With the bowhunt up on us, if you haven't been shooting BH's already you are a little behind the "8 ball". Mangus is a great BH, that tunes, and sharpens easily. The Stingers are sharp out of the package, they are also expensive, and if you practice with them before hunting they could be cost prohibitive. The regular Magnus 2 blade is a great head that sharpens easily, flys well, and has harvested a lot of game. If you are hunting any time soon this is the head that I would suggest for this hunting season.
If you want to experiment, wait till the off season.
Now go hunt something!

PM me if you want to know anything about Muzzy's. I like many things about those heads. This year so far I've got 9 pass throughs and shot 14 medium sized game with a 55lb longbow.

Both the broadheads you mention work good, once tuned to your set-up.

I am currently using the 125 grain, four blade muzzy. This head is a proven design, and its insert blades are sharp, hunting sharp!

IMHO, you will be happy with either of these broadheads, once you have set them up.
