I'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Very Cool Indeed!!

Gave me some "Sunshine" - and a grin!
Can't wait for my little buddy to get to that point.

One of the "neatest" portraits I've ever seen!
Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm
not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!

He looks like a pretty happy young man and obviously likes that bow !!

Thanks for all the comments.  It was a proud moment and yes, it will be hanging on wall.  I plan to do a similar portrait of his older brother with his longbow and wood arrows.  They are 6 & 8.

They each got their first bow at one.  Some little play wood bow with 6" arrows.  Next were suction cup bows for a few yrs.

Age four the bow in the picture was made by a friend.  Kinda had to grow into it a bit.

PICKNGRIN

That face says it all!!  Great picture!
