Welcome aboard. I know its a different Denmark, but my grandparents on my dads side were from Denmark S.C. Just down the road from where I grew up in Bamberg. also near Sweden,Norway, Finland and Ehrhardt. Yes these are all little towns in close proximity within the state of South Carolina. Almost forgot great hog hunting here. Not far from Hampton and Branchville.

Wow tyvm for the warm welcome guys appreciate it .

Sam McMichael, Greygoose unfortunately i dont i bought a 55 lb ash unbacked longbow from a smith/bowyer who makes viking axe/bows/points etc. and like most i overestimated my ability to draw such a heavy bow , i thought hey cant be that hard to scrape off some pound with a spokeshave boy was i wrong i broke it and got 150 bucks worth of firewood , id be happy to post a link to his website here in DK so you can see his work but not sure if im allowed since he is not a sponsoring vendor .

Kevsuperg thats spot on very nice, it goes very well ty   :D   hope you are doing good yourself .

S.C. Hunter Denmark unfortunately isnt as your grandparents left it, on the up side its the only scandinavian country apart from finland (correct me if im wrong plz ) where bowhunting is allowed, really too bad since sweden and norway have such large un domesticated areas that be fun to take a bow

thnx again everyone for the warm welcome
