I would do Mappa Burl on the belly and waterfall bubinga on the back. That would be a very nice combination.

I changed my mind today. I decided to go with The waterfall bubinga on the back and curly maple stained to southern pecan. Should look great. Leon said he has some excellent waterfall Babinga right now.

James Check out my posts, I have two examples of the koa there. To me it is one of the top tier beautiful woods.

Steve I saw your photos, actually seeing photos that you've posted in the past is what led me to get Koa on my Black Widow. It is gorgeous up next to the cocobolo riser!
