I use a tool that's used to cut copper pipes. The small one. I just make sure when I turn the dial I do it real slow so as not to crush the fibers. Takes some time. It's quiet no mess and cuts em square. Saw it on YouTube and it def works for 6$

Fun fun fun

Miter saw with an abrasive cut-off blade, hooked up to a shop-vac. And outdoors.
We are all here because we are not all there.

I like a sledge hammer...
Then I get a dozen of some of the finest wood arrows available...Kaiser Customs

But that's just me   :goldtooth:
Your Chicken from McDonald's, Tyson Foods, or Perdue Farms spent most of it's life stuffed in a cage with three or four others, occupying a space about the size of a book page...None for me, thanks...

I'm using dremel. One hand is holding the tool, one had is holding and spinning the arrow. Not very handy  :D
I should build a jig of some kind for it but sure it cuts carbon like butter

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Admittedly I have a reasonable workshop...

And over time, I have cut lots of carbon arrows, but usually a small amount at any giving time, thus I don't have (nor want) and dedicated arrow saw.

I mark all the arrows with a sharpie.  I hand cut them with a dremel (very useful tool for lots of things btw) short of the line.  Then I take them to my belt sander to square them up and get to the mark.

All and all, don't over think it.  I don't find the cutting of arrows to be precision work.

Apple saw with fiber blades.   Has always worked perfect.

I have always cut mine with a high speed die grinder with a cutting wheel.

I remember reading that you could buy a larger smooth blade for the harbor freight cutter but it would not allow the safety guard to close which is not a big deal if you are careful.
