Got an idea for a quiver strap buckle that might be kinda cool but it's still in the design phase...   ;)
What I'd like to know from you back quiver guys is what is the usual/preferred width of the  shoulder straps?
Thanks in advance,   :wavey:

My preference is an inch and a half.

1.25 to 1.5 is pretty standard, but I have one that is a lot thinner, but tapered to much thicker over the shoulder where it meets the quiver.
What's you're idea? Are you a leather worker considering a new design, or a consumer looking for something custom?

Just a hobbyist with some scrap metal, leather and some extra time on his hands...

Well, be sure to show us how it comes out!

Flying Dutchman

Around the 1.5 where the straps of traditional backquivers taper out much wider in the shoulder where it meets the quiver indeed.
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]
