I ordered two Wilson tabs a couple of weeks ago and noticed now light weight the leather and felt appeared.  The felt will not stay in place and the leather in one finger ripped.  I have Wilson tabs that are 25 years old and in better shape then these new ones.  Who makes a good tab? Has anyone else had this problem?

You might want to try a Saunders plastic tab. They do take a little getting used to but I think it`s well worth it. I`ve used them for quite a few years now,and can tell you they only get better with age. It`s very fast on the the loose and is impervious to the weather. You can use it for bowfishing as well.

One of the few archery products I've ever returned to the vendor was a Wilson tab.

3R gave me my money back--no questions asked.

I usually don't bad-mouth products openly, especially on trad-gang, but that thing was simply, well....junk!

I like a cavalier elite (modified to remove most of the metal) or a simple calf-hair can't pinch style.

Cordovan lasts longer than anything, but depending on the thickness, can take a long time to break in.  Enough to screw up your shooting, even, if you've been using a "worn-in" version.

You can replace the hair face on a cavalier with no noticeable effect when it wears.

Take Care,
