PBS login Issues

[Mountain State Archer]

I recently joined the PBS back in July.  Since then I have tried logging into the PBS site, but it will not permit me until an administrator approves of it.  I feel 2 months is plenty of time.  I've tried both emailing and calling  the PBS but no return or answer.  Any of you guys know who I can contact to fix this?
