When I was a kid I would take a compass, knife, piece of rope. I had a sandwich and an apple stuffed in my shirt, and my bow and 4 arrows. I would be gone all day.......lol! Now sometimes I think I could stay over night. Simple is better.
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki
