I had a buffalo and sold it to fund a custom made recurve right from a sponsor here. It was a beautiful bow but ended up selling it and buying a replacement buffalo. It's a rock solid bow that  shoots where you look Using sure wood shafts or Axis trads it's a sweetie.

Thanks for all the responses fella's.  I really enjoy getting honest feedback and guidance from folks on tradgang.  It makes decisions easier when your hearing from folks who've actually shot the bows in question instead of reading reviews from hired help that may or may not have ever held a bow.  Thanks again!

The GM II had some minor changes, limb pad angle Ithink and a more rounded grip. Mines a GM I. Both are great bows. The cut-past-center riser makes them very spine tolerant and easy to tune. Can easily be set up to shoot off the shelf, with an elevated rest and with or without a plunger.

I got mine from a guy who sells them on a big auction site. But since we both live in md I met up with him and got it for 650.00 for a new buffalo
