Wyoming Licences/Tags?

Has anyone received by mail their Wyoming hunting licences/tags yet? I hunted there four years ago and I thought at that time we got them the first week of July.

I just received my antelope tag earlier this week.  I read that they had some delays due to a problem with the printers.

After crossing the border I would guess yours will be there soon.
