Auction question-arrows

Last year a member made a dozen arrows that had St. Jude's 2013 on them.  Top 12 bidders each got an arrow.  Can't remember who did it and I don't see anything like that listed yet this year.  Hoping that they would do it again and I would try to get another one.  Anyone remember who made them?
