Arizona zone 10 Elk, any info?

Wonder if anyone has hunted zone 10 Arizona for Elk. Any story or info you can share. Just like to hear about  it. Thanks.

10 used to be a great tag to have.  Still has a great population of elk and some really big bulls.  The issue is that 10 is checkerboarded with a lot of private ranches that do not allow you to hunt without paying an extremely hefty trespass fee/trophy fee and some require you to use a particular outfitter that charges a butt load for the hunt.  You can still get it done though. It's not as mountainous as the neighboring unit 8.  If you plan on hunting it, I would get some scouting time in.  I have a couple buddies that have a 10 tag this year and one that regularly guides in it.
