I use the 100 grain and today I was thinking why don't they make these in 125 and 150. They are hollow from where the threads end to the bottom. If they made them solid below the threads you can make them 125 or 150. If they did this you can use so many more broadheads. Just a thought.

Mike I meant the ones for screw in heads for lazy people like me who don't want to bother with glue.

Use Gold Tip threaded inserts and add any weight you need. Scott.

I've used these for the Axis Trads. Now I wish they made them for the new FMJ Injexions. The 20 grain insert that comes with them isn't near the weight I want.  Broadhead choices are pretty slim right now too.  But my favorite Helix will have the Deep Six ferrule in about a month. That will increase the choices a lot.

Or you could also buy lots of different weight field tips to try(I also have 50&100 grain inserts).  I have fld tips 100-250 and play with the different combos  till I get the flight I want.
As we get older our bow weight goes down and our body weight goes up, One of Lifes little jokes.

I always thought the brass inserts were to expensive, and didn't like the thought of them always being in there if I wanted to use the arrows on a different bow. It's pretty cheap to buy a bunch of field points,I do like Bldtrailer.
