I have a 27" draw and a 58"' PSA now. I'm planning to order an extra set of heavier limbs, and I can't decide whether or not to stick with 58" or go with 60" limbs. I love how my 58" handles in a tree or a blind, so I wanted to hear opinions on whether or not there would be any real advantage in 60" limbs for my 27" draw?

I find 60 inch bows generally work quite nicely for my 30 inch draw...I would think 58 inches would be plenty with a draw 3 inches shorter

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

If your happy with 58" stay with it. If your going with a big poundage increase.....60" may work well. How much are your going up in poundage.
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

56# limbs now, was going to order 65#.

65#........I think I would go with 60", 9# is pretty fair jump in weight......but that's just my opinion.

What is the extra limb length going to do at that draw length?  I'd stick with the 58".  It's well within BW's recommended length, you have a slightly more maneuverable bow and (if I'm not mistaken, probably am) a slightly faster bow due to the shorter limbs returning to rest faster

Ron is spot on longer limbs draw much smoother..

I'd go 60 inch at that jump in draw weight..

60" limbs I think would be smoother. That is quite a jump in poundage though. Good luck.

I've got other bows in that poundage range, so the weight is not an issue.

Your only talking an inch on each end.
I doubt that you will even notice it....

I would try 56" if I was you I love my 56" bows you should have no problem with 56" and in a tree stand they are beautiful.   Widow
