i am sure this has been brought up but in lieu of modern technology i may not be aware of i felt like asking again. thanks folks!

Don't know, but I bet it's a beast.  Do you mean 9/32? I have some that are 145 grains for my Axis shafts.  Can go with a heavier head, but they're also larger diameter, but they're usually tapered on the back side for easier removal from targets.

I use to grind the back corner off of 200 grain screw ins.  I bought beveled ones for my 1918s and have no trouble pulling them out of my seed crate nylon target.

i have 200 grain 5/16 right now and they do okay but they look goofy on my 9/32 arrows...lol
