Hey everyone "CANADIANS" in general no offence to anybody else.
My question is why is there no bow building shop here in Canada that i can find for starters.
I got to thinking about it and was wondering if i could some how manage it or get some info on it maybe it would be doable.

But at the same time i dont know if it would be worth the effort to start a shop for it though.

What i mean is in the buiness aspect of it i just dont know how many bowyers there r in Canada to keep a shop alive.

For starters if i do open a shop of course it be a small one to start.
Second to find the right place for it .
Adn get the funds to do it .

So any info or thoughts on this would be great

Twisted:
There are two commercial bowyers that I know of.
Abe Penner of Caribow in Ontario and Bert Frelink in the Calgary, Alberta area, I'm sure there are more that just don't come to mind at this time.

Isn't Yumi archery Canadian?

That is all I can think of off the top of my head

Correct me if I'm wrong but someone told me Yumi has set up shop in the U.S. now. Somewhere down south growing his own 'boo and osage or something like that.

Twisted, you can google up Mississippi Lake Longbows. They're in southeastern Ontario.

There's a coupla companies in Quebec whose names escape me at the moment. I think the one has a deal going to market their bows through AIM Archery in the U.S.
The older I get, the better I was.
