Picked up a Bear Panther and need some info. Does anyone know the correct brase hieght? Also it is marked 45/50#. What does that mean?

Jack Shanks

The Bear Black Panther and shorter Black Panther Hunter were made in the late seventies. They were made to market through discount chains like Kmart and not compete with long time Bear Archery dealers with their flagship models. The risers are marked with a projected weight with the true weight marked under the rest/strike plate.

Thanks Jack. Good to know.
