I wish to know on the select cut measurement
there are 2    0.125
one is    -0.125 and the other    0.125

wich one means it is cut past centre

and when the say past centre do they mean by the - that the bow is cut past centre on the outside of the bow or the inside

thank you Canuck

I think that a positive number represents a dimension on the shelf side of center, or in other words proud of center (like a typical Hill style bow).

A bow cut past center (and with a negative dimension) will have the arrow's center axis directly in front of the string.

A bow with a -0.125 shelf dimension will shoot a stiffer spine than a bow with a 0.125 shelf dimension.

OK
so all the measurement with the - are cut past the  centre of the bow toward the inside,  correct?

**DONOTDELETE**

Those spine calculators are rough estimates at best bro.... all bows are not created equally. you can take one 50 bow cut past center that shoots a 500 spine carbon perfectly. Then another bow of the same exact weight only cut just too center that needs a 400 shaft.... Draw length makes a huge difference too....
