Are these adjustable in length? For those of you who have one what do you think of it?

yes they are adjustable. I have a EFA with a totem on a one piece longbow. I simply love this quiver. The totem makes the quiver rigid like a one piece.

i love my efa totem's - and this comes from someone who hated the thought of using a bow quiver!  

they're very adjustable and can be used with 2, 3, and 4 blade broadheads.

They are adjustable for length of quiver.  I am happy with mine!

It has a rubber sleeve . It's a friction fit,it stays put but if I want to adjust I just roll up half the sleeve move it then roll it back down

The Totem is a simple, lightweight, and efficient way to connect the hood and arrow gripper. It uses two arrow shafts that telescope to fit a range of riser lengths. It makes the quiver a little more steady on a hard to fit riser fadeout and allows the quiver to be removed from the bow while maintaining the integrity of a one piece quiver. The weight of the Totem is only about .1 ounce. I'll try to post a photo latter.

I have a totem quiver and cannot be happier. The standard EFA quiver, which I still own, is excellent, but my EFA with totem attachment is a beast. Light weight, adjustable, easy on and off your bow. Try it, you'll like it.

I haven't tried one yet but really like the looks of the totem system. EFA quivers are great. I really like the limb bolt model for my takedowns and will be trying the totem option for my one piece bows soon. I think I'd like the option of being able to take it off the bow and hang it up while on stand or in a blind and it's tough to do that with a 2 piece.

Please excuse the quality of the photos but I hope that you can see how the shafts are held together. In the first photo you can see the surgical tubing that holds them. It's in the normal stage. To adjust the length of the Totem you would roll back the tubing on the smaller shaft as in photo number two and adjust the shafts to the needed length. Again, it's a simple, efficient system that adds almost no weight to the quiver.

How does the limb bolt model attach to the bow.  Does it affect how the bow performs.
